I’m laying in bed & I’m not quite sure why I clicked on the headlines before I sleep because I really don't watch the news anymore.

But here is a small tribute to a sergeant who died by a murder/suicide. I originally posted his name but took it down because I realized that maybe his family didn’t know me so it might not be appropriate. However, I think it is tragic because sometimes you don't know the pressure someone is going through psychologically & I know how courageous he tried to be until the end.
