Answered backlog of UK emails.
Still got US backlog emails to do.
Highlighted some inefficiencies in my app.
Fixing them as I go along.
Will fix more tomorrow, but some features I've scheduled for a later date.
After the backlog is cleared ~200 emails, I'll go finish up the Facebook features then start adding 'assign to' system
still don't have a 'delete message' button, will add that some point soon
Then I'll just work through all of the to-do features I have.
Still waiting for Facebook Business Verification to go through. I doubt it will though.
Going to have to go through other means...
But I'll only do that once I've fully done the app + outlook + live chat etc
