What would someone 10x smarter than me do?
Make the helpdesk.
Then make the self-service portal.
Then make the live-chat.
Then launch all 3 together.
They would not go back and forth between making self-service and the helpdesk.
They would make 1, fully, completely, high-performance. Then make the next one.
What will I do, then?

And only that.
Would they answer customer service e-mails OR would they make the software that allows them to answer thousands of emails at once?
The answer is obvious.
Before, I wasn't asking the right questions.

If I focused more, I'd have 3-4 SAAS companies by now.
