- Sending attachments stuff [1 day]
- Multiple messages sending closing etc [0.5-1 day]
- Preloading Shopify customer data [0.5 day]
- Adding internal notes/comments [0.5 day]
- Multiple ticket views (open/close/my assigned) etc [0.5-1 day]
- Mobile view [0.5-1 day]
- Facebook/Instagram webhooks where possible [gonna see if I can do this before app review, highly doubt it] [3-4 days]
- Automated rules [1 day]
- Support for multiple Shopify stores, multiple Facebook stuff (?) etc [0.5 day]
- Probably 3-5 other major things [2-3 days]
- 10-20 minor things [3-4 days]
- 5-10 major things I'll probably do only after production [7-9 days]
ETA? 10 days for everything apart from Facebook stuff.
Gonna see if I can do it in 2 days. Or one.
Or an hour.
Gotta move quicker.
After that, I'll make self-service while app reviews are underway
