  1. Wisdom (Panna):

    • Right Understanding: Seeing reality clearly and understanding the nature of suffering and impermanence.
    • Right Intention: Cultivating intentions of renunciation, kindness, and non-violence.
  2. Ethical Conduct (Sila):

    • Right Speech: Speaking truthfully, kindly, and harmoniously, avoiding lies and hurtful words.
    • Right Action: Acting ethically, abstaining from harming living beings, stealing, and harmful behaviors.
    • Right Livelihood: Earning a living in a way that does not cause harm to others.
  3. Mental Discipline (Samadhi):

    • Right Effort: Fostering wholesome states of mind and letting go of unwholesome ones.
    • Right Mindfulness: Developing awareness of body, feelings, thoughts, and mental states.
    • Right Concentration: Cultivating deep mental focus through meditation.
