Build In Public

In 6 weeks, we will be celebrating a new year and it's the time when people will start new resolutions and challenges.

I am also planning to start a new #BuildInPublic challenge in 2023.

It will not be a single Build in Public challenge.
It will be 13 Build in Public challenges in the entire 2023 year.

Yes, I intend to build at least 13 online products/sites/businesses in 2023 – ideally one every 4 weeks.

This isn't a new challenge for me. I have done a similar build an app/site every month challenge in 2011. Long before building in public was popular or such challenges became popular.

I went through it till march, after which I dropped it and failed to continue.

So, now will it be any different?

Honestly, I don't know.

I might try something for a few weeks and might completely discontinue building something.

Or life throws a couple of wrenches at me like this year has been for me personally.

But whatever happens, my goals in this challenge are:

1. Focus on learning as much as possible – new tech stack, marketing, sales, etc.
2. Grow my personal branding by publishing a lot about my journey through the challenge.
3. Maybe make some money on the side.

As a lead-up to the challenge in 2023, I am planning to do Challenge #0 or a practice site in the remaining 6 weeks of 2022.

It will be a site to quickly build a page to validate your idea and get users who are interested in early access.
