Reiterating all previous correspondences and the demands within, in particular those dated:
– Wed, 17 May • 5:08 pm
– Wed, 10 May • 3:33 pm

  1. Despite allegedly postal letters having been sent, and while expressly having demanded to receive at least their copies electronically, nothing has been received. Not electronically, not by postal mail. In addition to all other elements, continued violation of rights and international law by your authorities also in this regard.

  2. At 14:00 today May 24th 2023 my children were once again not presented to or in the care of the OPE as per court order. Further acts equivalent to child kidnapping by your authorities.

  3. With reference to point 2 above, once again, Mr. Schallenberger was unavailable and also not at the OPE.

The date of 24 May 2023 is added to the list of rights violations communicated throughout the previous correspondences, and added to all demands pertaining to the previously reported right violations.

For the remainder reiterating all previous correspondences in their entirety, including and in particular:

  1. I hold personally responsible and accountable as directors of their service Mrs. Graf, Mr Fellrath and Mr. Bussy, as well as the state for these continuous acts of violence and corruption by the state.

  2. Under the universal right to truth, publication of the premeditated criminal acts by the authorities continues.

  3. Should this correspondence better be addressed by a legal scholar, you are reminded articles 7 to 11 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights are still violated by the state authorities, including yourselves.

Without any prejudicial recognition, and with reservation of all rights, expressly without recognition of any Swiss competence which remains contested.
