What is there more dear, more precious, more eternally true, more worth dying for then providing safety to a child?
More importantly, it is true for every whistleblower and human rights activist out there. It defies “the last man standing” principle when death does strike too soon (doesn't it always?), and subscribes to the “universal right to truth” principle.
People as Michelle McNamara, Franz Kafka, Vincent Van Gogh, Oscar Wilde, Alfred Wegener, Anne Frank, ...
