Semi-Regular Link Roundup
Hey look at that! A second post in less than a couple days!
I am working on an idea or two for some longer posts. Including reviewing a book I read when it first released twelve years ago, and have been re-reading lately.
In the meantime I am going to help get myself into a rhythm by leaning on that tried and true filler post of many a blog; a link round up! Nothing special, just some of the more interesting articles, or other attention holding things I’ve found online over the past week or two. So here we go…
- Cool science roundup including, ancient diets, origins of Earth’s water, Venus climate, and IRL Spidey-Sense.
- Link filled article on solar fueled green tech.
- Here again is the post that inspired me to get back to having a specific blog page.
- I’ve become an unabashed advocate for Bluesky. If you’re gonna be on any sort of formal social media network, this is the one. Some likely items to be included in the upcoming paid subscriber launch. I may not even use most of these listed, but I definitely plan to subscribe to try and keep the outfit from having to go down the path of ads for revenue.
- I love Max Read’s regular newsletter (you should subscribe), and this week he has a great rundown of the internet habits of the man authorities are claiming shot the healthcare CEO.
- If you live near or often visit the Twin Cities, MN metro area, you should sign up for a Dumpling Passport from the Saint Paul, MN tourism desk.
