If I were a Kurdish employer, I would hire only Kurdish people, plus Talysh, Georgians, Azerbaijanis, and Armenians — maybe even Assyrians and Mandaeans.
Others wouldn’t stand a chance, especially people from the Balkans. They wouldn’t even find my job ad.
