This is work in progress, but for those who were wondering what I look like, well… here you are? Sorry if it is unclear or disappointing… I still need to get that art commissioned.

*** Suspected Abilities ***

• Alternate Form. Due to the strong influence of her infernal blood, 'Diotima' can adopt an alternative ‘human-like’ form (detailed below). Extreme stress, exhaustion, or other strong emotions can disrupt her ability to maintain this form, as can abilities or objects that disrupt magic. Shifting into this form requires time and concentration, though dropping the disguise is instantaneous.
• Affinity for elemental magic. Though 'Diotima'’s interests lie in defensive magics, she has an innate talent for simple, destructive elemental magic.
• Emotionally charged magic. 'Diotima' can channel her emotions to power her magic, though this can be as unpredictable; she has issues with control when she pours her rage into her spells.
• Resistance to heat and cold. 'Diotima'’s infernal blood offers her protection from heat and cold

*** Natural Form ***

Skin Tone:

Smoky, pewter colored skin with bluish purple undertones, tanning to a deeper bluish gray with extended exposure to the sun. Lips are a darker purple, looking almost like matte lipstick. Palms are a lighter greyish blue, fingernails blue-black, somewhat talonlike, and appear almost painted.

I like my lips… I know that’s weird, but I do. Okay and look, I file my nails… well, I leave my right hand long for defense, but toenails and my dominant hand, I file because like… I need to write a lot and shoes are expensive.

Hair:

Shoulder length, soft, wavy, charcoal colored hair with a subtle shimmery undertone reminiscent of charcoal flecked with mica (gothic vanilla). A few individual strands of pure shimmer silver; not an effect of aging but natural coloration variations.

Argan oil really brings out the shimmer, you know?

Facial Features:

A vaguely pixie shaped face, straight nose peppered with a dash of faint purplish freckles. Elf-like ears tapering to a rounded point. A small scar mars her lip on the upper right, and a small freckle breaks up the symmetry of her face on the left under her eye.

Iridescent, glowing amber eyes with larger than average irises, the effect of the variations in the coloration giving them a slight flower-like appearance. Ovoid pupils, black. Naturally long lashes.

Petite, cream colored, slightly curved horns, approximately five inches from base to tip, half hidden by hair. Slightly filed to dull the tips.

Human-like teeth, with the exception of sharp double upper canines, noticeable when she smiles.

I look younger than I am which can be annoying. Vul sometimes jokes that I have anime eyes; they’re not really but it’s funny. The effect of the brown and amber coloration does makes them look a bit like flowers, but they’re actually rounded. I… look, I don’t think I’m pretty, not really, but I do like my eyes. And no, I don’t actually bite people, I’d probably draw blood.

General Body:

Soft, subtle ridges down her spine, along her hips, ribs and collarbone, and across her shoulder blades. Small spurs on her elbows, knees.

Build between average and fit, toned without looking muscular. Muted curves, vaguely tomboyish; chest small to average. Thighs a slight bit larger than one might expect; naturally strong legs.

Thick, strong nails (finger and toe) bordering talons; filed on the left hand and both feet (to allow for fine manipulation / not to shred shoes.) Coloration as above.

Tail long for her body, a little thinner and somewhat expressive of her mood (she swishes it when she is emotional.) Soft to the touch, tip spade shaped with a texture like velvet.

I do not fucking swish, who wrote that? ...Okay, fine. Sometimes.

*** Alternate Form ***

Latte colored skin and charcoal colored hair with a shimmery undertone reminiscent of mica. Amber eyes that seem to glow in low light, vaguely ovoid pupils. Subtle shaping of the upper ears to suggest they’re not quite rounded without being obvious. Lips tinged bluish purple, maintains the double canines of her primary form. Body type and general appearance still the same. Fingernails appear painted blue-black; coloration has not been changed otherwise.

Otherwise, her scars, freckles, etc remain in place, coloration adjusting to suit.

I don’t much like this form, though it is useful when we’re in Earth Realm. I don’t seem to be able to shapeshift but this form is… a bit like that, though I’m stuck with the one. I think cambions can do more, but not me. I guess that’s the price for having free will? I don’t know.
