Integral Life Practice Map
I'm just starting to unfold Ken Wilber's book Integral Life Practice into a new structure, in the hope to make it more accessible for my future self and other future humans.
To lend Ken Wilber's words:
A good map can’t prevent missteps, but it can reveal blind spots and help us maintain our footing when exploring new areas of life. Knowing where to look and what questions to ask are huge advantages.

I was just thinking about this when we were texting about the differences between being a developer and being a user of software.
One difference, I thought to myself, might be that I still have the luxury of starting my thoughts on paper before bringing them into the digital world.
