some of my thoughts and notes

Integral Life Practice Map

I'm just starting to unfold Ken Wilber's book Integral Life Practice into a new structure, in the hope to make it more accessible for my future self and other future humans.

To lend Ken Wilber's words:

I was just thinking about this when we were texting about the differences between being a developer and being a user of software.

One difference, I thought to myself, might be that I still have the luxury of starting my thoughts on paper before bringing them into the digital world.
