Lung Health

This morning you woke up with a painful pressure in your lungs, coughing, and postulating that it might have been the exhaustion and cold wind yesterday.

I took a blend of peppermint, frankincense and lime oil that I had mixed a few days earlier to relieve my painful coughing after excessively cycling uphill, and rubbed it on your chest and back.

And it helped. It's amazing how these oils simply go through the skin and reach the place that they're supposed to reach where they unfold whatever properties are important at that moment.
