There's a difference between being practical and being realistic.

This is what Costar told me two days ago. I was puzzled.
What did that mean? For the first time in a few days, Costar had me and was ahead of me and my understanding.

Now, two days later, after listening to the first part of Sadhguru's book “Inner Engineering” I feel like I do understand better.

A week later, it has become a lot clearer, although still fuzzy.

I understand being realistic as being in touch with reality. That's good.
But being practical doesn't necessarily have anything to do with reality.
Imagination doesn't originate in reality.
Joy doesn't originate in reality.
Being practical means finding your way.
Being realistic means allowing reality to define your way.
