Price
It's interesting how often prices are simply equal.
If you pick up a surprise bag with saved food from any bakery, gas station or cafe, it will most likely cost 39 kr.
If you want to stay a night in the Tretophyten northwest of Horten, you can choose between five cabins, each a bit different, but all built for eight people and costing 2990 kr per night.
If you want to buy sweets in the supermarket, it's very likely that you see different kinds all tagged with the same price.
If you want to buy the cheapest apple-juice available in a 2l pack, it doesn't matter if you buy it at Europris or Kiwi, if you buy it from the brand “LUXUS” or “ELDORADO”, it will cost 15,90 kr.
A small pot (1.5 l) costs 159 kr, a 20.5 cm plate 14,90 kr.
250 g coffee cost 22,90 kr, a Fiskars knive-set 129 kr.
At Kiwi, you can get away quite cheap with some foods.
2 kg of rice cost 23.90 kr
6 ecological eggs cost 20.90 kr
1 kg red onions cost 19.90 kr
sundried tomatoes cost
Obviously I was tired of this list.
If you want to know exactly what each food in Norway costs, come see for yourself.
Or ask me if you can get all my receipts and analyze them.
Fact is, after all it doesn't really matter.
You buy what you want to eat and what feels right to you.
If one day that is big fresh Cauliflower, you don't mind paying 15 kr for it. So what?
If you want milk in your coffee, you don't mind paying 18 kr for a liter. So what?
