Project Management
I start to realize that the key to getting used to digital project management tools is not to overwhelm yourself with To-Dos.
Instead of expecting the tool to help you do your work, you first have to know how to do your work and then start to map your process to the digital tool. You then have a tool for documenting your time, your decisions and your process.
You begin by adding the tasks that you're already working on to the “In Progress” column and change it to the “Done” column when finished.
You can start to see when you're multitasking, when you're missing to complete the important tasks – most important is to have fun in the process.
At some point you'll start to plan into the future and organize your To-Do's.
But that's not a good starting point in my opinion.
