Cleaned up one of the in-ground beds by digging up weeds and harvesting any missed sweet potatoes
- Planted garlic in the three rows. I planted two varieties this year: Kingsland (soft neck) and German Red (hard neck).
- Harvested the Jerusalem artichokes. There were a lot!
