Hello, and welcome to this blog. I've started a couple of these over the years and my interest in the underlying technology that runs the blog itself is really starting to wane, so I'm trying a 3rd party platform for the first time.
Currently bumping some Outkast as I do this, and I think the thrust of this blog or series or maybe just this one post will be my journey into learning how to manage and/or lead a team at this company that I work at. I'd prefer to keep this anon for now, since I have no idea what I'm doing and that's the point.
