BlueskySocial, first impression

I have experienced the BlueskySocial, based on favor from my near person, and my curiosity.

Bluesky is slow and has few features yet. Image cropping doesn't work properly, both server and client are incredibly slow. It's too early, so it makes me hesitant to compare.

The first thing I did was read their EULA. Copyright is a sensitive issue on social media these days.

Rights in User Content Granted by You to Us. By making any User Content available through the Services, you hereby grant to Bluesky and its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensee, successors, and assigns (the “Bluesky Parties”) an irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense (through multiple tiers of sub-licensing), to use, copy, modify, adapt, crop, edit, creative derivative works, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform and otherwise exploit in any media now known or hereafter devised, your User Content, in whole or in part, in connection with (i) providing the Services and Content to you and to others; (ii) promote and market Bluesky and our Services, including without limitation through Bluesky’s owned, operated, and/or branded social media channels. For example, Bluesky may create compilations of Content made available by Account holders (including your User Content), and/or use User Content or such compilations to promote the App through Bluesky’s operated, and/or branded social media channels, without further payment or consideration by Bluesky. However, without your prior consent, Bluesky will not use your User Content in any Content that is sponsored by a third party.

It looks better than Twitter and Facebook, at least to me. They said, “Without your prior consent, Bluesky will not use”
(However, it looks still unclear whether agreeing to this EULA constitutes “prior consent”)

And, I've seen people on Reddit and Fediverse saying that Bluesky is going to be related to blockchain.

Is ATP a blockchain?
No. ATP is a federated protocol. It's not a blockchain nor does it use a blockchain.

It is not easy to find this page. I suppose this is a lack of basic communication caused by a lack of manpower. If you experienced the release and early live-service days, you could understand what I'm saying. Usually, at that stage, people are almost out of their minds, because they are very busy.

There would be a possibility that they made it hard to find that page by intent. But in my sight, that possibility seems very low. I don't want to underestimate their influence power, but what they've created so far is so small.

Maybe, these links could be helpful:

If someone were to point out that I'm being too naive about capitalists, I'd be willing to admit it. Also, I want to admit that this writing could be based on my desire to project some violence on someone based on the fact that I was able to get in there. (I think the act to send information could be violent at any time.)
But the first feeling I see in there was some ridiculousness.

Wow. It's so small and so slow.

For the record, and to avoid a misunderstanding,
I like Mastodon much better :D
