Maximise sleep

Sleeping less to achieve more is a faulty idea.

On the surface – you can get more wake time, if you sleep less. But is this time really productive? Can you be as creative as when you're well-rested? What about quality of your decisions?

I suggest to do the contrary (learned the hard way).

Maximise sleep. Maximise rest. Creativity and sleep-deprivation don't mix well. Staying late at night might feel like a good idea today, but you'll have to pay for it tomorrow. 

You're sacrifising the whole day for a couple of hours. Not the best deal. Don't do that. Your tomorrow self will not thank you for this.

Don't stay long at night if you need to wake up early tomorrow.

Sleep well.
