Hello, Bluesky
As per usual, I'm intrigued by the shiny new thing. Bluesky, if you haven't heard, is a new social network very similar to original Twitter. It's even backed by Jack Dorsey (co-founder and former CEO of Twitter).
It's currently invite only, but I was able to secure an invite by simply asking the right people on Twitter. If you're already on there, say hello.
One of the cool things is you can (optionally) use your domain as your username. Verification is a simple TXT record and can be done in about 60 seconds. Once complete, your username can be something like @mattlangford.com.
We'll see if it takes off. Something has to eventually be the next great thing, right?
