Day 45
OMG today is so fucking hot again. Like I am baking my ass right now and it's not even an enjoyable experience. The air is so hot and the sun is even worse. The sun rises from the East and so it's directly facing my side of the house. So from sunrise to midday I get that heat. On top of that the top of the house is so much hotter than the first floor and I can't exactly move my shit downstairs.
Furthermore I was tired, once again I didn't sleep on-time and slept far too late. I'd like to say it wasn't my fault but who am I kidding, it's always so. Hopefully tonight I can sleep earlier (LoL) and since it is Saturday tomorrow I can hopefully sleep in and rest well (but you and I know that shit ain't happening.)
Other than that I did some work, had a meeting, so when I needed to be I was quite productive for my work stuff. So it worked out well and got things done.
Most of the earlier part consisted of laying down and trying to just catch my breath and not die. Tiredness and boiling heat is NOT the one. But as it always turns out I get off of my ass, onto my desk and get some work done. Luckily, I've got a desk fan so some cool air even if it is recycled hot air, better than the stale air that's currently circulating my room.
Last night, went out for a bit, thankfully it wasn't too late. Seems like my not going out only lasted a day aha but it was only a short one. This morning I also I stuck with some of my usual rules so that was nice.
But yeah honestly, not much has happened today and my mind was occupied with survival which is very much indicative with the state of people who are poorer or in a survival state of mind, you just don't have the time or mental capacity to think about the wider issues, this is where our establishments fail us and capitilise on our weaknesses for greed.
People are too busy living paycheck to paycheck to worry about corruption, and whatnot. (I could have said that so much more poignantly but I'm tired damn it!)
That's it for now. Maybe I'll be able to finsih my trail of thought once it cools down and I can think again.
