POTUS Has a Lackey Lawyer
Hello and welcome to the weekend. I hope you and your family are well.
In the past few weeks two prominent Americans who had to deal with POTUS have been indicted by his little lap dog Department of Justice head Pam Bondi. These actions were not taken because either had committed a crime but because they had offended the bruised ego of POTUS. In order to do this, POTUS ordered the firing of a district attorney who had not done his bidding to indict James Comey because there was no evidence of a crime. POTUS was aware that the Statute of Limitations was running out to get Comey in to court any way he could. Bondi obeyed POTUS, fired the attorney and got an indictment from a grand jury she could control.
Letitia James, the NY Attorney General, oversaw the conviction of POTUS on more than 30 counts of fraudulent business dealings. Specifically he was convicted of inflating his net worth by billions to get better credit from the banks he borrowed from. He is apparently no where near as rich as he claims'
What does this mean for others who may have bruised the ego of the Orange President? Well, as an attorney once told me “In this country, anyone can sue anyone for anything.” There does not have to be the slightest chance that POTUS can win in order to get into court.
In today's courts it does not appear that judges will prevent these suits from going forward, even if they know there is no chance for POTUS to win. These suits are designed to harass people that POTUS doesn't like. They are brought simply to cost a defendant both time and money. And remember, POTUS is spending your money on these suits, not his own. Thanks POTUS.
