Just spent a frustrating half-hour on the phone with FAKE Amazon representative who was trying to convince me that my Amazon account had been hacked and I was going to be billed ~ $300.00 for some phone being delivered today unless I downloaded a software program onto my computer (AS IF!) that would allow him to cancel the order and put the money back into my account. Nope. I finally hung up on him and contacted Amazon myself. My account's secure, there are no mysterious orders or billings.
