Making a change in my weight-loss project. This afternoon I hauled the stepper machine (Cardio Climber) back to my room and had a short but good workout set on it. I stepped for 5 minutes and worked up a healthy burn in my quads. Plans are to repeat this several times per day, gradually increasing the length of each set.
Limiting the amount of food I eat will still be important, but boosting my metabolism by exercising regularly while eating healthy foods will be better for me than dieting alone. At least, that's the theory I'm going with now.
