Not a bad Tuesday, all things considered.

I continue to be impressed at how well the little ceramic space heaters are keeping this joint comfortably warm. Heck I even had to turn on the ceiling fan back here in my room this afternoon to cool things down.

Re: the hips, this has not been the best of days, but neither has it been the worst. Taking all my pain meds on schedule helped, and applying the Magnilife ointment midday.
