So I've got a number of banks I deal with on a regular basis, many of which I have set up to handle my transactions online. And most of those are super easy to work with, much of what I do with them is automated and all I need to do is monitor activity that happens regularly according to plan. However, a few of them I need to call on the phone roughly once a month. I don't like that. I am SO NOT a phone person. Ask anybody. This afternoon I spent several hours trying to work with those few banks, setting my transactions with them to minimize the voice phone calls I've been making. I made some progress there, but much remains to be done. /sigh
