So this morning I fell in the front yard.
It was very early. I'd helped the wife load some supplies into her car. She handed me a bottle of water from her front seat and asked me to put it on her rose bush as she backed out of the driveway. I walked over to the flower bed and....PLOP... down I went.
Dang it! From where I lay on the grass I was able to turn my head and saw her driving away down the street going to work.
Took me a few painful minutes to collect myself, stand up, and head into the house. I've been taking Tylenol, and the wife rubbed pain cream into my right shoulder after she got back home. That helps. but this darned shoulder and my right arm and hand are still weak and sore. Given how slowly I heal these days, I imagine that aggravation will be with me through the weekend.
So,... how's your weekend going so far? Is everybody having fun?
