This Sunday has been a mixed bag, with both good and bad elements.
On the good side: Both my Texas Rangers and my Dallas Cowboys won their games today.
On the bad side: wonky and weak hips proved even worse than I thought when trying to help the wife bring groceries into the house from the car. She brought the bags up to the front porch and I tried to shuttle them into the kitchen from the porch. I couldn't do it. After bringing some of the bags in I was too weak and in too much pain to get the rest.
