Unexpected change of plans. This being April 1, I shouldn't be surprised.

I'd set three chores for the day, and was able to do two of them: did my weekly laundry, and activated a new bank Master Card. The third chore, mowing behind the back fence, will have to wait another day or so. The wife is ill and I want to stay close to her, so I'm inside, across the hall from her room through the afternoon and evening.
