So, it’s very interesting! I came across this psychological article that really made me think. You know how when we face danger, we either go into fight, flight, or freeze mode? Well, apparently a lot of people are stuck in one of these responses in their day-to-day lives without even realizing it.

And that hit me, because when you look around, it makes so much sense. People randomly snap or get super angry over the smallest things—not because what happened was actually that serious, but because they’re operating from that old fight response. Like, you see someone get mad just because they couldn’t open a door, or they’re struggling with something tiny and suddenly they explode. Solid example of being stuck in “fight” mode.

Then there are people who totally check out when things get serious. You try to talk to them, and it’s like they’re not even there—distracted, avoidant, disconnected. That’s freeze or flight right there.

It’s wild how many of us are running on these hidden survival modes, thinking it’s just stress or a “bad day.” But I honestly feel like if more people understood this, they’d be way more patient—with themselves and each other. And that would make such a big difference!
