organizing my life!

MY MORNING ROUTINE...

5:00 – wake up/morning stretch
5:10 – shower fully, brush teeth & wash face
5:25 – apply deodorant/perfume
5:30 – meditate, pray & full body stretch
5:50 – make bed
5:55 – drink milk & take vitamins
6:00 – make breakfast, pop the earbuds in & read book
6:30 – put outfit on, brush hair & apply mascara/gloss
6:45 – check bag to see if there's anything missing
out the door by 7:00

GOAL: drink at least 2 bottles before leaving, pack 3 of them & drink five more when getting home
HABITS: reading 1 book a day, do NOT touch face & do NOT pick nose
