There is this great place on the island of Maui where they serve this cocktail. Light, refreshing and a perfect remembrance of the Islands.

We had this drink at a place called the “Pita Paradise” on Maui in Hawaii. The name sounds like it is a fast food Greek place, but it is wonderful little restaurant that serves great seafood as well as Greek food. And don’t forget the cocktails, with a view of the Pacific Ocean...

Ingredients:

• 2 part vodka, preferably Ocean Vodka
• 2 parts passionfruit juice
• 1 parts ginger ale

How To Make:

Pour into a highball glass, over ice. Ocean Vodka helps you get in the mood for the Islands, but any clean vodka will do.
