So Putin, thinks Trump, Biden, Xi, his driver and Trump’s hairstylist all have the same information, knowledge of everything as him. And they, as a group, also share the internal worldviews as him. But he goes on to lecture Trump about things anyway because that’s his special interest.
That’s what lacking theory of mind means.
