Yeah SOME people are actual victims. But as a collective, you are not.
You had years of hiring people for cheap so you can do more the creative part, the management part, the innovation part, and you do it at much younger ages. As opposed to doing the menial tasks no one wants till at least middle age. And even if without much IQ or fancy credentials, you could still hire people with minimal upfront costs.
And somehow you can still manage to spin yourselves as victims.
