Always People Who Care
Even on the days
when the people you love aren’t there
Know that wherever they are
they all still care
You may feel all alone
Stranded in the dark, lost and scared
But as much as you’re missing them
they miss you too, because they care
It can be hard to feel it
Insecurity is a heavy burden to bear
But sometimes, people will surprise you
and remind you how much they care
It’s easy to want to change
But please, to yourself be fair
Always be who you really are
Because there are always people who care
