At Peace
I close my eyes
and feel the soft breeze
right in this moment
I’m at peace
The waves rock my boat
on the quiet seas
here alone in the blue
I’m at peace
The sun is shining
the storm has ceased
here, I can breathe
here, I’m at peace
Sometimes, you have to escape
and put your mind at ease
find a safe space
and let yourself be at peace
