Beautiful Person
I wish you could feel about yourself
the way I feel about you
You’d always smile, because you’d see
the joy you spread all around
You’d never worry over your mistakes
because you’d know what a good person you are
Nor would you feel so scared
because you’d believe everything will be okay
If only you could see what I see
If only you could know the person I know
You’d never have any trouble loving yourself
because I never have trouble loving you
Maybe one day, you’ll see it
One day, you’ll feel it
But until then, I’m always here
to remind you what a beautiful person you are
