My world exploded
leaving me empty inside
But you were there for me

You both check in
With genuine love and concern for me
I’m so grateful for you
As you are grateful for me
You’re kind, cute, and sweet
Gifts to the world, it’s true
You light up my life
And the lives of anyone lucky enough to know you
You’re a pair of hidden gems
and I know that no matter how dark the night
You’ll always be there for me
