It's what I want to do, I suppose
But am I starting to feel something more?
I'm thinking of you all the time
Call you my rainbow ray of sunshine
Could it be that it's you I adore?
Now I'm fussing over what to wear
So excited to go and see you there
Starting to realize something brand new
I think I'm catching feelings for you

I'm full of excitement, full of fear
Cos all I want is for you to be near
It can't be just anyone, it has to be you
But when I arrive you're nowhere to be found
So I sit in sadness not making a sound
Then I gather my courage and ask to see you
You couldn't be happier, you say let's go
And I'm holding your hand, and now I know
I'm starting to feel something brand new
I think I'm catching feelings for you

We're walking in the night with smiles
Our faces hurt, we've been doing it a while
Then you say you're feeling something new
On me, you say, you've got a crush
My heart just stops, can't believe my luck
Cos I'm feeling the same way too
We end the evening with a kiss
We're both so giddy, so full of bliss
And I now know that I'm feeling something brand new
