It’s okay to be weak
You’re allowed a break
Sometimes life
is too much to take

You shouldn’t feel ashamed
if you aren’t strong enough today
even if you’ve been hiding for days
that’s alright, that’s okay

It’s important to know
your own limitations
Ignorance can lead to pain
so set your expectations

Keep working at it
every day, a little more
because it’s true
that you are worth caring for
