It’s Okay to Fail

Today, you couldn’t be your best
It brings you down when you think you failed
But there will always be days
when you just can’t be your best

It’s okay to feel disappointed
Or like you weren’t enough
Let yourself feel everything
so long as you don’t give up

You might not get back up today
You might stay down tomorrow
But in time, I know you’ll keep trying
So today, I’ll let you be

Just don’t forget one thing
It’s okay to fail
Because one thing I know for sure
is that you are not a failure
