It's been a long day
full of laughter and of smiles
Such one we haven't seen
in a good many whiles

Though the times are still tough
There are many more like this day
Just over the horizon
And soon, they'll be here to stay

Normal is only a little further
Don't give up the fight yet
We'll make it through this
And that is a safe bet
