Regulate
Life can be chaos
fear, anger, destruction
It tears you down
and threatens to overwhelm
We can’t always survive alone
Just when you think you’re ready
Life hurls another obstacle
That knocks you on your back
When it does, I’ll be there
Offering a hand for support
We can sit together
Sit and breathe
Just close your eyes
Breathe in
Breathe out
Just breathe with me
And everything will be okay
