Take a Moment

Take a moment
and tell yourself
that you are enough
that you love yourself

It can be hard the first time
You’re so full of doubt
and the darkness is so overwhelming
that you can’t believe it

But sometimes, you have to
there’s no one else to say it
and you need to do this yourself
you need to walk on your own

So take a moment
Smile to yourself
Look yourself in the eye
and say “I love you”
