Take Some Time for You
I didn’t do much today
I sat and toiled away
Went outside and listened to the birds sing
Walked into town and heard bells ring
Stopped in the park to smell the roses
Had lunch with friends and got food on our noses
It’s okay to take it easy
Cos life won’t always be breezy
If you build up your strength now
Then later, you’ll know how
to keep going when it’s rough
And life will never get too tough
So why not take some time for you
Yes, I think that’s exactly what you should do
