I don’t mean to run
But I’m about to collapse
and if I’m going to fall apart
I’d rather be with friends

It’s nothing you did
I promise, it’s not your fault
I’ve had a long day
and I need to rest

I came out to say hi
to show that I care
but I can’t stay long
I need to take a break
