You said something kind
and I wrote it down
so I’ll always remember
how much I’m loved

I’ll tape it on the mirror
I’ll hang it on my wall
Or make it the first thing I see
on my phone when I take it out

In my darker days
I can look it up again
and remember how much I mean
to you and all our friends

It’s hard on my own
remembering how much I’m loved
But thanks to your words
It got just a little easier
