a little late night exercise
2:00 AM now, and I just finished up the resistance bands workout. Feels good. Refreshing to get the blood flowing and the body active :)
Now, making coffee after having slammed a Liter of water, so hopefully I will not be woken up five times during the night to pee! Haha! In all honesty though, I doubt I will sleep much at all tonight. I have energy + I slept briefly during the day yesterday, so...
I can honestly say that I have been getting GOOD results from having used the resistance bands for close to a year now. I have had some multi-week hiatuses in that time, but for the most part, it has been every other night or every three nights. I like what I am seeing – feels fxxxing great, too!
