Made some (very good) quinoa earlier, made with the homemade vegetable broth I whipped up the other day. And then I made mushroom soup (condensed) on the side, and the “goal” was to use the mushroom soup as sort of a “sauce” for the (already delicious) quinoa, but, I ended up pouring too much soup into the quinoa, and upon mixing it together, it just turned into quinoa-infused mushroom soup, instead of mushroom soup topped quinoa.
So, the meal was fairly lame, not very satisfying.
Either way, I wrote it off and decided to have some organic preserves with Saltine crackers, instead :/
Long story short: I need to get some groceries in my house, haha.
Now, camp coffee (because I am out of instant, too).
